We-in-relationship.
This is the world I envision. One that brings the wisdom of our Indigenous past into our
present, in service of our future generations. It is the world I am working to create. An
interconnected just world for us all.
And yet, most of us are so far from this experience. We over-work, over-consume, over-
indulge, and are over-focused on ourselves as individuals rather than members of a
shared community. This is the result of a long history steeped in an oppressive
paradigm in which power is never shared but wielded over the masses for the economic
benefit of a few. This long-standing system has pushed us to the breaking point we now
find ourselves at: The poly-crisis of climate collapse, democracy collapse, economic
collapse, and escalating dehumanization.
Many of us feel increasingly helpless to affect any change. Stunned by the chaos of the
recent events in the US and their impact on the world at large, we are scared, enraged,
frozen, submissive, and dissociated.
What can we do?
What we can do is stay resourced, regulated, organized, grounded and connected. We
can commit to our next level of healing and deconstruct the limitations of the old
oppressive system that lives within each of us, and our communities. We can surrender
our privileges of convenience and stand together for justice and liberty. We can envision
the world we want to live in and then do what must be done to co-create it.
Two excerpts from my forthcoming book:
“This book was born from that rupture. From the knowing that what’s killing us isn’t just
personal—it’s structural. Capitalism, individualism, white supremacy, climate
collapse—they’re not headlines, they’re symptoms of disconnection. The Regeneration
Process Method (RPM) emerged as a way to walk back from the edge. It’s not healing
for comfort. It’s healing for action. It’s not about finding yourself. It’s about returning to
your roots, reclaiming responsibility, and rebuilding the world.”
“If you’re waiting for permission, this is it. If you’re waiting for certainty, stop. It’s time to
move. Regeneration does not begin in policy rooms or academic journals. It begins
when you decide that the world your children inherit will not be the one you were
handed—and act accordingly.”
We have upcoming offerings in RPM designed to support the next level of healing in you
and those you support in these uncertain times. Join one and we can walk this path
together.
